No permissions

Question

I have started getting a no permissions message when I try to download a pdf. I have looked at help pages and it says to go into properties and alter there but my properties tab is greyed out

If you are still experiencing issues, could you please confirm from which location you are trying to download the PDFs?

Are you downloading them from some website or Acrobat Online storage?

Share the screenshot of the error message.
