no puedo accesar sin que me quiera cobrar y ya pague esto es una basura.. de mi mac de mi toshiba lo he intentado y no quiere hacerlo estoy sign in y todavía me manda a que escoja planes nuevamente me urge que lo resuelvan tengo toda la tarde perdida

    Hi Miguel,

    Your account is active, so you should be able to log in. What happens when you log in directly to cloud.acrobat.com? Do you receive any sort of error message? I would also like to suggest that you try logging in using a different web browser, and if you're logging via Reader, make sure that Reader is up-to-date by choosing Help > Check for Updates.
