Al colocar comentarios no permite publicarlos, como se puede solucionar

    Thank you for reaching out, and Sorry about the trouble caused.

     

    Please confirm if the issue occurs with a particular file. Try adding comments on an alternate file and check if you get the error.

    Also, try reopening the PDF on which the issue occurs and check if you still get the error message.

    Do you get the error only on the Acrobat web?

    Buen dia
    Esto ocurre en varios archivos, estaban funcionando bien, pero otro usuario
    quiere colocar comentarios y sale ese error, se aprobado en
    diferentes dispositivos y continúa el error

    Could you please confirm how the file was shared? Did you use the Acrobat desktop application or the Acrobat Online account? 

    To test, try to reshare the file once and check if you can add the comment afterward.
