Not able to convert PDF to Word

So I went to convert PDF to word and it keeps saying conversion failure. I tried uninstalling and re-installing and it does not seem to work. Not really sure why I've purchased the adobe in the first place when it doesn't work. I can't even email someone about this, I have to post a discussion?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Can you please confirm the following details:

1. Is the product Adobe Acrobat or Reader?

2. Please check if you are able to complete the workflow at: Adobe Document Cloud

3. Also, are you observing the error for a specific file or for all files?

4. Kindly attach a screenshot fo the error message

This is Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Yes, I have tried other documents and

still the same response.

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are conversion failure message when converting pdf to word, is that correct?
