Not able to start the online file export service

Hi,

I have an active account to the file online export service but it doesn't open when I choose to export a pdf file into word.

It just redirects me to the payment forms but when I'm there it founds that I'm already paid......so it's a loop.

What shall I do?

    If you are still experiencing the same issue, and haven't been able to activate the service. Then you may refer to the following steps to get your subscription up and running.

    Your account information shows that you have subscribed for the Export PDF service.

    Export PDF subscription can be access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/  or through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

    Make sure that you are "Signing In" using the correct email address under which you have made the purchase and you have installed the correct application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC not the Adobe Acrobat DC.

    I think you have the wrong forum here. This is the forum for Audition, Adobe's audio editing software. Perhaps you need the Adobe Acrobat forum for .pdf enquiries?
