Not able to use Adobe ExportPDF services as it's asking to purchase again.

Hi Katherineg,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. As per the description above, you are not able to use the Adobe ExportPDF services, as it asking you to purchase the services/subscription again, Is that correct?

The record shows you have an active subscription of Adobe ExportPDF on your current Adobe ID.

If you are using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader DC to use the services of ExportPDF, then you may try to sign out and sign back in Adobe Reader with your Adobe ID and password.

Try using the services through your online account i.e. Sign in to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password.

If the Reader DC is not installed, you can download and install it from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution  Link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
