Not all comments making it to Document cloud

Hi,

I have reviewed a pdf using acrobat on the iPad.  Marking it up with the pencil.   This resulted in 25 comments.

When I go to document cloud, only 18 comments made it.  The remaining 7 are missing.   The iPad app says it is is fully synced.  The app is also up to date.    

Its really really annoying!
