I paid for a year, but after a couple of months the program is not allowing conversions. What happened?

Hi curtisu4102119,

I've just checked your account using the Adobe ID that you use here in the forums, and I didn't find any active subscriptions. Is it possible that you signed up using a different Adobe ID/email address? If so, please make sure that you're using that Adobe ID to log in to your subscription.
