Notes not showing up from Acrobat.com on different devices

Using Acrobat.com to access notated PDFs/scholarly journal articles between ASUS laptop and Samsung note. Had two PDFs so far that successfully transferred notes made on Samsung Note to acrobat.com accessed on laptop. Second two PDFs notated on Samsung Note appear in Acrobat.com list on laptop, but notations/highlighting does not show up. Tried multiple options and becoming very frustrated. Time sensitive project for grad school and software is not working as promised. SUGGESTIONS???? ASAP, please.
