Nothing happening when sending files from within Outlook 2013

When I click to attach a file via Adobe Send & Track in Outlook 2013, it shows the progress bar in the top right of the message but this bar never changes. The file doesn't seem to attach and clicking the X to cancel the process just leaves me with a permanent "Cancel" bar instead - this only disappears if I save the draft, close and re-open it.

Our network operates via a proxy server, will this affect it? If so, how do I make the plugin work correctly with it?

Same Problem here. Is it possible to edit the proxy settings of the outlook plugin? Without the proxy settings all traffic from "send and track" is blocked by our firewall (a Sophos SG) cause it tries to bypass the proxy.

I suspect that the problem is your network proxy server -- it's probably blocking file uploads.

Have you spoke with your network administrator about this?

I am the network administrator. We can use the web site for Send & Track just fine.

I'd need a bit of detail about where the plugin is going when it tries to upload in order to determine whether something is blocking it. Eg. URLs it contacts etc...

Let me check with the development team to see if they can assist.
