Nothing is converting from pdf to excel.

I have just purchased Adobe Export PDF.  I have tried to convert a pdf to excel with no luck.  I am wondering if the correct files got downloaded

    Hi larryc22684899,

    There's nothing to download with ExportPDF, as it's an online service (though you can access it through Adobe Reader on your desktop).

    I suspect the problem is actually with the PDF that you tried to convert. But first, when you say "no luck," do you mean that the file didn't convert, or that it did but the results aren't what you expected?

    If the file didn't convert, did you get an error? If it did, can you please tell us what problems you're seeing in the converted file?

    Hi miket,

    Are you trying to convert via Adobe Reader, or via the web interface? Is the error a generic "conversion error" message, or a message indicating that the service can't connect to the Internet?

    If the former, please clear the browser cache, and try again. If you're getting the second error (which can occur via Reader), please try converting via the web interface.

    I am seeing the same issue with converting a Word doc although I have been using this program for some time now, this is recent...Only some vague error that it cant be performed
