    Hi Sarah. Finally someone to talk to.first it would be nice to know if I am paid up to get the benefits of adobe.i should be able to open a pdf file and send it automatically to whom i need to by email. I cannot do this. I finally wrote an email and attached the pdf and it worked. But I still cannot send it directly.. I am not a geek. But I try. So much yo learn on that site. Louis

    I've checked your account using the email address that you use to post here in the forums, and there is no record of any subscriptions tied to that email address. Is it possible that you signed up using a different email address?
