OCR PDF to Word - Portuguese.

The Portuguese language disappeared from the options in the "adobe pdf export". I only bought the subscription to use this function, and now it is no more available? How to solve this problem?

Hi jorgebl,

That's odd! We haven't removed Portuguese from the options for OCR in ExportPDF. Are you accessing ExportPDF via Adobe Reader, or via the ExportPDF website? Please clear the browser cache and log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com using your Adobe ID and password.

If you're accessing ExportPDF via Reader, please choose Help > Check for Updates to make sure that you have the most current updates. It may also be necessary to reinstall Reader if Portuguese doesn't show up in the list of languages there.
