Once the PDF is downloaded, I'm unable to edit it in word format

Once the PDF is exported into word format, it won't allow me to edit document.

As you have mentioned that you are not able to edit the file in Word format, could you please confirm if it is an issue with some particular file that you export or with all.

Can you share that file with us, so we can check it on our end?
