One of my files is no longer opening up. Can you please help me with this? It has all my notes for a course!

    Hi Sohaib,

    I would love to help! Can you please tell me what happens when you try to open the file? Is a PDF file? And where are you trying to open it? If you get an error message, please let me know what it is, so we can get to the bottom of the problem.

    Hi Sara,

    It says this is no longer a PDF format. I'm trying to open it in adobe

    reader. It shows up on Acrobat.com, but I can't really scroll through the

    PDF and when I try to download it from there, it doesn't show as a PDF file

    any more.
