One of the files I have uploaded to Acrobat.com is seen in my Acrobat.com only if files are sorted by name  (only in asceding order: A-->Z is used).  It is not seen if files are sorted in a different way, e.g., by date. This concerns one particular file, 4 MB in size.

Hi Alex,

There are 24 files in the folder when it is sorted by Name.

There are 20 files in the folder when it is sorted by Date Added (4 files are missing)

Hi Marek,

I got some feedback from one of our developers who works on search.

He said that if you open the missing files in full preview (by clicking on each file individually in the file list) after that the files should show up in the results when you sort by date.

There was a recent service outage that may have caused this problem. We tried to repair the problem but it seems that some files may still have been missed. We'll continue to investigate the problem on our end but hopefully you can use the workaround I described to resolve the issue for you personally.

We've not seen anything like this before, so it's a bit hard to diagnose. Can you take screenshots of the problem and post them here? Please make sure that there is nothing personal/confidential showing in the images.
