Online function: Combine PDF files

If I try to use the online function to combine pdf files and I click on UPLOAD FILES always a popup menue appears and request for a paysble abonnement. 

Why? No chance to use the function which is offered for free.

The Combine PDF feature is not free. You will require either Acrobat PDF Pack or the Acrobat subscription to combine files in a Single PDF.

On the Acronat Online account, you get a one-time free trial of every feature. After that, you will be asked to subscribe.

The Online Services are not free.

This behaviour is the same under Windows or Android. Always when trying to upload the files I'm ask to buy "Acrobat Pro" or Acrobat PDF pack". The promise of Acrobat that the online functions are for free isn't true.
