only allowing 2 people in adobe

We have paid for 4 seats in adobe, but it will only let 2 computers in at a time. When I went on to my account to see what was going on, all four emails are in there as users. So if there are already two computers using adobe then the third person has to boot them off and completely log in, everytime. How can I fix this???

Make sure you are signing in using different emails because with one license you can use the app on a maximum of two machines.
