Can I open files that I have stored using my ipad at acrobat.com directly in Reader on a mac or do I have to open them in a browser then download them?

If you have PDFs stored in https://files.acrobat.com you can access them from you both your ipad and your MAC using either the web browser or Adobe Reader.

If you don't have Adobe Reader XI installed you can download from here - http://www.adobe.com/products/reader.html

    On the ipad

    • Open Adobe Reader (if you have it installed)
    • From the left panel select 'Acrobat.com'
    • Log in with your Adobe ID and password
    • A list of your files that are stored on files.acobat.com will be listed

    On the MAC

    • Launch Adobe Reader XI
    • From the File menu select Open
    • From the Open dialog select the drop down 'Open from Online Account'
    • Select 'Acrobat.com'
    • You will be prompted to sign in with your Adobe ID
    • Once signed in you can access your PDFs stored in files.acobat.com

You can also easily upload files into files.acrobat.com by select the 'Save to Acrobat.com' icon (Cloud with disk)

    Hope this helps

    Hi,

I'm using Reader 11.0.07 on MacOSX. When I go to File > Open and click on "Open from Online Account", I can only choose Office 365 and SharePoint. I don't see Acrobat.com . What am I doing wrong?
