Order No. ARSY905397561US . I need to cancel this subscription which I purchased for a one-off use. I now have a new computer and do not require this program. Your website deliberately makes it impossible to do this online.

This is deceptive and potentially illegal. Please cancel immediately and advise me you have done so.    signed N.L.White
