I'm sorry that you're having trouble converting files. What happens when you try? Do you get an error message (if so, what is it)? Or, do your files not convert as expected? Are you able to convert to other formats?

Has anything changed on your system since you were able to convert files successfully?  What browser and operating system are you on?

Sorry to ask so many questions, but your answers will help us narrow down the issue.

For starters, please clear the browser cache and try again, or try a different browser. If you're converting from Reader, please choose Help > Check for Updates to make sure that you have the most current version.
