out of memory

I'm trying to stamp a signature and an error message is saying out of memory.Any ideas?

Hi Richarda,

If I understand correctly, that you have been trying to add a signature to a document and getting an error message saying "Out of Memory"?

Could you also confirm, how you have been adding the signature to the document and what type of document it is?

For testing purpose, could you please try with a different file and see if the message appears?

Also, if you are working on the desktop application Adobe Reader DC then check if there is any pending update of the application.

Launch Adobe Reader >Help>Check for update.
