Outlook 2010

I have been saving my inbox to an Adobe PDF file. For some reason it will not work now. It gets thru like 55% and than kills outlook.

What am I doing wrong?

Full Cloud user also.

Hi fluidgridguy,

How many emails are there in the inbox?

In case Cached Exchange Mode is turned OFF, PDFMaker can only convert 249 mails through selection.

All mails after that are skipped with the status “Unable to open secured message.”

The option can be verified from: Control Panel > Mail > Opt “Email Accounts” from the prompt that follows >

Double-click on the default mail account.
