Outlook Send & Track you do not have access to this service

I get the error message when choosing Attach File via Adobe Send & Track: You do not have access to this service.  Please contact your IT Administrator to gain access, or try to sign in with an Adobe ID.

I am signed in to Creative Cloud on the computer, have restarted that and signed in again, also signed out/in within Acrobat Pro DC.  The Outlook plug-in shows the ID is signed in.

This had worked just fine, web has zero instances of this error message.

    Hello Danielj,

Sorry for the delay in response to your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Please make sure that Acrobat is installed on the machine, and sign out and sign back in with your Adobe ID and password in Acrobat once. Restart the computer and check.

If the Acrobat is not installed, please remove/uninstall the Send and Track plug-in from outlook, restart the computer, and download and install the Acrobat Creative Cloud Desktop app or from the following URL Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X  Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html

You may also refer to Adobe Send & Track for Outlook, Acrobat  Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/adobe-send-for-outlook.html

Hope this helps, and keep us posted with the results.

    Regards,

    Anand Sri.
