Bonjour !

Savez vous comment changer les paramètres pour que je puisse ouvrir en jpeg mes photos et non en PDF ? J'ai même pas l'option "ouvrir avec" pour changer le format...

Merci beaucoup !

Belle soirée,

Fanny

Thanks a lot Souvik, you helped me a lot. It worked !
I have Adobe but I have no idea how to use all the tools. Do you know if we
can follow the training ?

And another question, because you seem to be a pro, I try to put my picture
on imdb (see my profile
<>)
but I can't, do you know how I could do it ?
Have a wonderful day.
Fanny

Hi @fanny_4433,

Glad to hear that it worked for you!

I believe this is what you'd want to check: https://adobe.ly/47m6ySx

The page has detailed, descriptive, and visual tutorials on how to work with Acrobat.

For the image question, are you referring to the profile picture of your community page? If yes, you can do so by clicking the profile icon to the top extreme-right of the webpage > Edit community profile > change the picture OR log in to https://adobe.ly/3JpS0It > change the image from there.

If this is not what you are looking for, let me know, and we can work on it.

Regards,
Souvik.

Hi fanny_4433,

Thank you for reaching out.

It seems that the default application is set to Acrobat for image files. Please try changing the default application for image files, such as JPEG, in the Windows settings.

In Windows, right-click on the image file and select "Show more options" from the list. Then you can see the option for "Open with".

Let us know if you need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hello, thank you very much!
When I select the option, it works while the file is open, but it doesn’t
stay saved after I close it. I have to set the option again for each file
individually. I’d like to apply this option to all files so I don’t have to
change it every time.
Kind regards,
Fanny

Hi @fanny_4433,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for the response.

To do this, go to the file's properties, change the default application to the desired one, click Apply, and then click OK.

Once done, the thumbnail of the files should change to the corresponding application, and all the files should open in the selected app.

If on Mac, you can Control-click the file > Get Info > change the default app on the bottom of the info screen > and it should change for the files.

Let us know if this works for you.

Regards,
Souvik.
