page numbers to docx files produced from pdf convertor

Question

I am an author and my software produces a pdf file as the output.

Some editors cannot work with pdf so they demand the manuscript in docx format.

All my pages have chapter number , chapter title and page number at the top

When i use the pdf export to export these pages to docx all the headers at top of page get left off,

Is there anywhere to do settings for the docx pages.pdf export produces

Alternatively is there a way to make it put page numbers on the docx pages

Hey llewellynl.lee,Please let me know your exact workflow to convert your PDF to Word format.If you are using Reader, then tell me what exact dot version of the software you are using. The latest version is Adobe Reader DC.Also, you can try accessing this service using the web browser and signing in at "http://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf" using your Adobe ID credentials.
