Paid but cannot access apps.

I have signed up for the 12 month subscription and paid for the first month. It has come off my account but I do not have access to all of the apps. I have deadlines and nothing to work from. How can this be solved?

Hi Leah0141,

Which service of Adobe you have subscribed for is Adobe Creative cloud or it something else.

You may try logout and log back in with your Adobe id (Email id registered with Adobe).
