Paid for a basic plan to convert pdf to word format yesterday, plan does not appear on my account
Hi,
I am unable to find how to speak or email Adobe help desk.
If anyone can help with advice.
I paid for the basic plan to convert pdf to word format to try. I have the receipt. There is no plan serial number on the receipt to allow me to register the plan.
The plan does not appear on my account page.
When I now attempt to convert pdf to word, I am asked to pay for the plan (again).
Appreciate any advice,
