Paid for Document Cloud PDF services, but no service
My bank account shows payment made to Adobe $23.88 for annual services two weeks ago, but upon sign in to convert PDF to Word - Adobe requests that I "sign up now" for the account that has already been paid. Apparently nobody is available at customer service on the weekend to help - except the Forum. Despite Adobe's option "Chat - Available 24 hours, 7 days a week" , it says "Chat Currently Closed" Huh???
Anybody have any ideas how I can resolve this administrative issue??
