paid for my account and can't convert from PDF to word

Do I need to pay addittional money for this ?

    Hi its been one year and i still cant convert from PDF to word and i don't need to any more, but i have been charged $23.88 again this is my bank statement details

    ADOBE SYSTEMS SOF,044-207-3650  

    My order number was 281076816 please refund the last payment from 11-2-2015 as i did not approve it and stop my subscription
