Paid subscription but logs me into free trial??

Question

I have paid my subscription but when I log into my account it says my account can try the service for free.  I'm confused as I've paid the subscription, just want to use the account normally or do you get the first month free or something??

We have checked your account and see that you have subscribed to Acrobat Export PDF service which is an Adobe Document Cloud service. You may access Adobe Acrobat Export PDF using your web browser, Adobe Acrobat Reader desktop software, or your mobile device. For more information, please refer to the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/faq/adobe-exportpdf-faq.html

It seems that you have installed Acrobat Pro DC desktop application and that is the reason you receive the message for trial.
