paid subscription yet it still says i have a free account

It looks like your ExportPDF subscription is still pending. It can take 24-48 hours to process fully. But once it does, you'll be able to log in and use it without it asking you to pay!

Buying a subscription to Creative Cloud doesn't alter your acrobat.com account. Is that the problem? Creative Cloud gives you Acrobat Pro, which is all you need.
