paid subscription yet it still says i have a free account

i entered by CC twice yet when i log in, the adobe site still says i have a free account.

any ideas?

It looks like your ExportPDF subscription is still pending. It can take 24-48 hours to process fully. But once it does, you'll be able to log in and use it without it asking you to pay!
