payment renewals not working

I am paying for the PDF converter but my software says my trial has expired. On checking the account information it is being paid for so i do not understand what is happening?

    As per the records, you have an active subscription of Adobe Export PDF, Annual on Adobe ID through which you are signed in on Adobe Forums.

    Adobe Export PDF is an online Adobe Document Cloud service. With it, you can easily turn PDF files into editable Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and RTF (Rich Text Format) documents. it's not an application.

    Sign in to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password, and you can use the services.

    You may also install the Adobe Acrobat Reader(Free Desktop version) to use the Adobe Export PDF services. To download reader: https://acrobat.adobe.com/in/en/acrobat/pdf-reader.html
