Paypal Account Verification Problem

I have a Paypal account, but when I try to register it with my form, I get the following message:

"The PayPal account could not be verified.

Select "Sign Up Now" to create a new

PayPal account."

    Hi actsports,

    Do you have a personal or business PayPal account? If you have a personal account, you need to upgrade it to a business account to use payment processing with your form. Please see Getting Started with Payment Processing using PayPal
