pdf bank statements become multi line garbage in excel - useless conversion product - hard to find refund options

I had hoped that this might help in preparing some tax information from bank issued pdf statements - but it is really useless.how can I get a refund.

I went to self cancel in my Adobe ID for this product, but I hope I get a refund as well,

I also sincerely hope this does not affect my In Design subscription which is something I require and need to keep!

the automated response email said that my account was cancelled which is a terrible choice of words,

it should say that this specific product license has been suspended and that a refund for the expense is being processed.
