PDF comment function no longer working on web version of Acrobat?

Hey guys, I am unable to view and edit PDF comments on the web version of Acrobat as of about a week ago and I was just wondering if something had changed with the user interface or functionality. I am able to use the "open in desktop app" function and the comments are available so the document clearly still has them attached, but they don't show up in the web version of Acrobat anymore.

Could you please share the screenshot of the window where you are trying to add comments to the PDF on the Web version?

What happens when you try to add comments? Do you get any error messages?

Please share more information that will help us to further investigate the issue.
