Why am I being blocked by a account upgrade process when I am trying to convert a PDF to a word doc.? I have paid up until April 16th 2015!!

I've checked your account, and all is well there. Are you still unable to access your subscription? If you're trying to access it via Adobe Reader, please try logging in to the web interface at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf.
