Hi there

We are experiencing difficult when exporting pdf to excel, word or powerpoint files.  It just keeps telling us that that conversion has failed.  Could you please tell me why this is happening?  And more importantly how to fix it?

Thank you

File conversion form one format to another is not an easy task. There are many, many things that need to be accounted for and most of them cannot be assumed. If the PDF were created from an Excel file using the Adobe PDFmaker you would stand the best chance of getting a good conversion.

How are you converting? What software and version are you using, and on what operating system?

    Hi Karl

We are converting from Adobe PDF Services (cloud.acrobat.com/export.pdf) which we have been doing successfully for well over two years now.  See screen shots below and error message.  We are using Windows 10 and Office 16

    Kind Regards

It looks like your attachments did not make it. The only way you can add attachments to a comment is by going to the web site and uploading images or video files - email attachments will get dropped.

Are you using the online service directly or via the interface built into the free Adobe Reader? If it's the latter, then use the direct upload mechanism instead and see if that works. If the problems are with directly uploading the file, we will have to move this question to a more appropriate forum.
