PDF converter does not work

Hi we are currently experincing issues when trying to convert PDFs to word document on Adobe reader 10

    Hi Smiffy2012,

    I'm sorry to hear that ExportPDF isn't working for you. Can you please tell us what the specific problem is? Are you getting an error message? Or does it look like the file is converting, but then you can't find it on Acrobat.com?

    For starters, you may want to download and install Reader XI, so that you have the most current version. You can download Reader from here: http://www.adobe.com/products/reader.html.


    Please give that a try, and then let us know if you're still having trouble.

    I tried converting a clear, clean pdf to Word. It is a 6 page document with 2 columns per page. The output formatting is jumbled, inconsistent and unusable.  The font size is inconsistent. The justification seems random. The tabbing is all over the place. The pagination doesn't nearly mach the original.  I tried converting to docx and also to doc.  Those are not even consistent with one another.  The text is, in some places, simply unreadable.  Does this converter ever work?
