PDF Converter to a word document.

I have alread subscribed to the basic package that allows me to convert a pdf to a mord document so that I can edit.

When I try to do so it tells me to subbscribe. Though I have already subscribed I click on it and it allows me to sign in.

When I do this it puts me on a screen where in the beginning it would allow me to convert but does not give me the option to do so now.

This is a ver frustrating process. There has to be a simplier way if I could get some help I would appreciate it?

    I just saw an outage alert that might be affecting your ability to get into the service.  I was able to log in, but I could be coming in from a different node.Please try logging in again.

    If you still can't access the service, please let me know which service you've subscribed to.

    Hoping it works for you this time.
