PDF converts to XLS as merged cell! Not helpful!

Hi there,

I've very recently purchased the PDF converter to convert PDF's to xls and 80% of the time the document that I'm converting works but on the odd occasion is doesn't and it converts proportions of the same document as a merged cell!  This is a nuisance, is there something I can do to avoid this?
