PDF Document can not be konverted

Hi Twieber,

If you are trying the conversion through Adobe Reader desktop application, then you may try it  online once- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf  and check with different web browser.

You may refer to the helpful troubleshooting steps suggested in the similar discussion and let us know if that makes a difference.
