PDF document not converting to Word document correctly

I just paid for an annual subscription for PDF conversions to Word. I did the conversion and the first two pages of the document are missing, the comment stickies in the PDF are open blocks of text in the Word document which obscure the read of the document, the formatting and fonts of the original document are skewed, and the images are blackened and illegible.

    Hi mosaneshama

    Would like to inform that Export PDF is a Acrobat.com (online services)  which has limited functionalities.

    Such issues appears while exporting such complex file using this service ,

    If you are trying to export the file over the Browser, then please try to do the same in Acrobat Reader (Free version)  as well.

    Also would request you to check with Acrobat Pro DC trial version (Free for 30 days)  .
