PDF Document Tracking

I believe the DC software is very close to our needs however in order to be 100% certain can you please answer the below for me.

Once yearly subscription is activated

  1. I send an email to a recipient which includes a PDF document
  2. Recipient downloads my PDF
  3. Recipient creates a new email and attaches my PDF document.
  4. Email with attachment is forwarded to a 3rd party

Question - Am I notified that the PDF attachment has been SENT TO, and OPENED by a 3rd party, IF a new email with attachment is created?

This will not meet your original requirements. 

It only tracks when someone goes to the Adobe site and views the document.  There is no tracking information if someone downloads the document from there and no tracking if the document is forwarded after download.
