GOD!!! If no one responds to this message I will terminate my service with you!!!!

I need to download a PDF file that I just created back to my computer.  It will not download as as a PDF.  What is going on?????

    I see you have PDF Pack. Are you able to convert other documents that the one you are speaking of?

    And can you provide more detail such as what type of document are you trying to convert to what type of document?

    Do you receive a specific error message?

    My pdf pack is corrupted and I need to have it downloaded again.

    You posted under a thread from 5 years ago... Try creating a new thread. Also, there's nothing to download for PDF Pack. It's an online-based service.

    Thanks for getting back to me. Please just cancel my purchase. I have to invest in AdobeX Professional...there's no way around it.

    Although have you seen our Acrobat XI Pro subscription service? It has the same functionality as our software:

    AcrobatPlus

    These may be a better solution for you that purchasing Acrobat X.
