PDF Export Access Problem

I have a pdf export plan and am signed in to my account - still getting connected to the purchase option page for a plan.  This started two weeks ago out of the blue.  Plan is annual through 2019.

    Hi Shawnj,

    Yes, you are correct that you have an active subscription of Export PDF registered to your account.

    Try the following steps to see what exactly causing problem here-

    1- "Sign Out" from the application and “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.

    2- For detailed description of how to use the Export PDF service, you may refer to- Using Adobe Export PDF

    3- You may check with the online once https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

    You may refer to the following link for any troubleshooting: Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
