We purchased the Adobe Export PDF, annual subscription in January and used it on my old laptop. I am now having trouble using it on my new laptop and wandered what I should be doing to enable it to offer me the opportunity to transfer PDF files straight to Word as the old system did before please.

Are you able to log in to ExportPDF at https://cloud.acrobat.com? If so, you can convert your files directly from the website. If you prefer to access the service from within Adobe Reader, please download the latest version of Reader from this page: https://get.adobe.com/reader.
