I have checked the records and found that the Adobe ExportPDF service on your current Adobe ID which you have used to login on Adobe Forums is Inactive and canceled .
So, if you are using the current Adobe ID to use the Adobe ExportPDF service, you will get the message to resubscribe.
If you have subscribed the service through another Adobe ID, please use the services through the other Adobe ID.
Use the services through https://cloudacrobat.com/exportpdf or you may also use the free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat Reader to use the ExportPDF service.
