PDF export not connected to paid account

I have a paid PDF Export subscription and whenever I export to Word or Excel, the application doesn't recognize I have a paid subscription and I search forever to find my last web page log in that got me to the conversion service I've paid for.

How do I connect directly from Adobe Reader? I'm signed in and it shows I have an account.

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    Are you still facing this issue? If yes, please try following troubleshooting steps:

    1- Check if an update is available for Reader using "Check for updates" option under "Help" menu, reboot the machine after installing update and try again. You may also download updates from here: Adobe software and product updates

    You can also export pdf in a web browser at this link: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

    2- Also check if you are using the same email address under which you have bought the subscription for Export PDF.
