PDF export prompts me to choose a plan

Hello,

I have seen many other posts about this issue as well.  I have signed in, my account says I have the ability to convert PDF's to word documents, however, when I try to do that, I am prompted to choose a payment option.  I have had this account for a little over a month now, it worked one time, since then, I keep getting this prompt.  I am signed in on the Adobe website.  What can I do to fix this, I am frustrated.

Hi Kennethl,

Sorry to hear about the frustrating experience.

I assume that the Export pdf tool that you have been using was through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat DC? If you have ever used the trial version of Adobe Acrobat DC, then you need to uninstall it first to use the Export PDF service. As it works with the free application Adobe Reader DC only not the Acrobat DC.

Follow the steps mentioned below, to activate the subscription.

1- Export PDF is an online service that you can use online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

2- You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat  Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

3- “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.

4- For detailed description of how to use the Export PDF service, you may refer to- Using Adobe Export PDF

You may refer to the following link for any troubleshooting: Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

Let us know if it still doesn't work.

I have exactly the same issue.

I have an existing plan however when I attempt to export, I am forwarded to an adobe website that asks me to purchase a plan,

All very frustrating.

Would be nice if someone from adobe would assist.  The support options are so limited and really provide no access to support personnel.
